When you make contact with us whether it be on the telephone, through our website, on email or book your safari holiday with us, all data relevant to your safari booking or enquiry is held securely in our database.
What data do we collect?
Personal data collected through a contact form will usually include your full name, email, address and any other information you choose to divulge to us at this stage. When you book your safari, we will need to collect more detailed data such as your date of birth, passport details including name and number, health requirements and dietary requirements. We also collect information on your interests to ensure we can provide the best experience for you.
We may collect personal information depending on your payment method, such as bank transfer or credit card payment. Any data collected will be destroyed when the purpose for collection has been completed.
If you book on behalf of others, you are responsible for ensuring that the others are aware of the content of this Privacy Policy and are in agreement with you supplying their personal data to make a booking or enquiry.
What is your data used for?
Your personal data is used to fulfil our obligations to you, which include:
- Discussing safari arrangements
- Sending you the requested information
- Providing a quote

We never sell or rent data to third parties. When you book, this data will be passed on to your third-party agent on the ground to ensure everything runs smoothly whilst you are on safari. We sell travel arrangements to destinations around the world, which means your personal information may be transferred and stored in other countries which may be outside your country of residence. Some of these countries are subject to different standards of data protection than your country of residence. Will my information be used for marketing?
If you give us consent, we will use your name and email address for our e-marketing via our digital newsletter. We will never spam you and always endeavour to send you interesting email newsletters. We will also occasionally send you more tailored marketing depending on your interests based on your enquiry, previous quotes, previous trips and conversations with the Natural High team.

On all of our website forms you will be given the opportunity to opt-in to receiving this marketing information from Natural High. If you do unsubscribe from marketing communications, you will still receive operational and service messages from us regarding you booking or enquiry.
Who can access your data?
We will never sell or rent your data to third parties, we only share information when it is required to fulfil our obligation to you.
Data submitted through our forms is accessible only by Natural High and our developers. Our developers do not process or store your personal information for any purpose, nor do they pass it on to any third parties.

We post testimonials to our social media periodically. We will ensure there is no way of identifying you from the data we publish on testimonials on our social media. The data included on our testimonials may include first name, surname initial and a quote from your feedback.
How long do we keep your data?

The time period for which we keep data depends on the data type but most of our data is retained for three years. Legally, some financial information must be kept on our files for six years.
